Newcastle Netball Association held their annual awards night for 2023 in October.

2023 was an outstanding year for Souths Netball with the Club taking home:
- Club of the Year 2023,
- The Club Championship 2023, and
- Club Umpires Development Award.

In addition to the club awards,
- Lexi Unicomb Souths Pride, 23's Tri-Series Coach, was named Coach of the Year 2023 and
- Matilda Percival - Souths Roar - Tri-Series Open Division - was named Representative Player of the year.
